This week's podcast features a conversation between myself and Rob Brydon. We spoke about the enjoyable 'art' of voice overs, Paul McCartney (can't find anything on line to link to for him, sorry) and 'The Trip'. Here's a link to the 'to bed for we leave at daybreak' bit that Rob mentions (though the uploader has decided to use some sort of stabilisation effect on the vid that jellifies the car weirdly).
PLATFORM SHIFT - 'ACAST'
You may have noticed that the podcast is now hosted on Acast. I'm in the process of adjusting my Soundcloud settings so that new podcasts should appear there too and be downloadable as before, but as I write this it's taking a little while to sort. I want to give Acast a go because at the moment I'm doing all this podcast stuff solo and it's taking more time than I anticipated! I want to carry on with them and keep them regular, but at some point I'm going to need an experienced producer and if I want to pay them I'll need a sponsor, so I'm hoping Acast will help with finding the right one. Battyweft don't pay that well...
CAN I STILL DOWNLOAD THE PODCAST ON ACAST?
YES! There's no handy button like on Soundcloud, but you can download an MP3 of this episode HERE To download the file, press CTRL and click on the player icon then from the options that should pop up, select 'SAVE AS' and chose where you want to download the MP3 file to.
I send the best of my wishes to you. A Bxt
