Adam talks with stand up comedian, actor and writer Sara Pascoe about expensive juice, first class plane travel, her new book 'Animal', whether audiobooks count as reading, jealousy and other important ramble topics.

More Sara please! In fact, more female guests in general now I come to think of it, Great podcast. Thanks!

Hiya Adam,

Just revisited this episode; it's really one of the best in the series so far.
The jingles are perfect, you and Sara have great chemistry, it's funny and very insightful. It totally stands up to repeated listens.

If you ever have another radio gig that requires a co-host and Joe or Edith aren't available, I nominate Sara.

I've enjoyed every guest so far, but this is definitely a notch above most.

Wow! I had no idea just how good a guitarist Prince was. Shows my ignorance I guess. Superb performance. Thanks for sharing Buckles.

Two questions.

Are we dead sure the music bed on the outro is better than the sounds of the outdoors/silence?

How many Nectar points did you actually have in 2009?

A note about Comments

Hello Podcats and Blog friends,

I wanted to let you know that comments have been disabled on the blog and the app for the time being. This is not because of anyone posting anything abusive or anything like that, but just because I seldom get round to moderating the stuff that comes in as promptly as I should, and rather than irritate people who don’t understand why their comment hasn’t been posted, I think it’s easier if I just switch them off. Sorry about that, but time is scarce and I’m disappointed to discover I can’t do everything! And if you’re one of the people who submitted a comment and it hasn’t been posted - sincere apologies.

Best wishes
