EP.39 - GARTH JENNINGS & JULIAN BARRATT

Adam goes for a walk with film director Garth Jennings and actor/Mighty Boosh member Julian Barratt for a convo ramble that takes in Julian’s film ‘Mindhorn’, Garth’s animated film ‘Sing’, what it’s like at George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch, dog turds, and a couple of Adam’s favourite subjects: double act dynamics and dealing with negative criticism! Welcome back chaps.

What a pleasant drive from Winchester to Bristol, I was in such a good mood and therefore in a say yes to everything mood after the podcast I saw a sign post for a pub that claim to do a 3 minute burger & almost went for it! Then thought better of it when you chaps talked about therapy of home cooking, you may have saved my bowels & my girlfriend from a porcelain mess palace, thankyou.

Cheers, man. I've been binge-listening all your podcasts (stuck in bed for a week :( ) and they're absolutely wonderful although I'm developing a wee bit of anxiety at the thought of the "NO! NO NO NO NO NO NO! NO! NO NO! NO!" suddenly coming on.

Cor blimey guv. I'm lying there all zen and comfy, smiling at the funny wee things you say then it's like being suddenly slapped on the knob with a slipper. Eeeee!

Great stuff overall though. Love it so much. And.. love you... BYE!!!!!!!!
